Karen Young, owner of WILD, previously a music festival promoter from London, traded in promoting festivals to creating a magical off-grid restaurant in the jungle.
WILD’s atmosphere is seductive and serene with copal incense adding to the ambiance and the etherealness, tables are set under the canopy of the concrete jungle showcasing an internationally inspired cuisine with a Mexican twist.
At WILD we try to be as sustainable and socially responsible as possible. We work with local farmers, fishermen and producers and source all our ingredients from local providers.
