The restaurant features a menu inspired by the Mediterranean using fresh local produce and ingredients from the Yucatan and Caribbean. Featuring a variety of meats, seafood, and local vegetables cooked with a wood fire oven and grill, vegetarian and vegan options and freshly made flat bread in the oven daily. A variety of accompanying sauces, dips, dressings and the desserts are all house-made.
The Cocktail Bar
The cocktail bar is visually impressive and boasts the largest selection of quality and premium spirits in Tulum and a superlative signature cocktail menu. Using freshly made juices, purees, homemade syrups and cordials, everything is made on site by the WILD bar team. Syrups of honey infused with rosemary, matte & lemongrass, chipotle, almond, passionfruit syrup with Flor de Jamaica (hibiscus), red pepper & chilli infusions all feature in the unique house cocktail menu alongside a menu of modern twists on classic cocktails, and all garnished with beautiful edibles flowers and local fruits.
